Regarding the double bow you made… It’s easier if you fold the ribbon ends in half (the vertical half, that is) and just cut an oblique line. When you unfold the ribbon you’ll get the symmetrical ends (the triangle) you wanted, without any loose threads.
And, to secure the ends, you can use a match or a lighter and basically melt a tiny bit of the ribbon.
For me it seems easier than the way you did it…
Anyway, great ideas.
can you make more of the zebra ones like exactly how you made it in this video with the same ribbon and jewl thingy because i absoloutely wanna buy it<3 =]
I think they mean to use the fray check or clear nail polish to avoid the fraying of the ends of the ribbon (when Hanh was making the bow) not replace the glue gun altogether
lovu u hanh..so creative,,…
I love this video….so creative and yet so good !
is that your little sister
Oh… and I just noticed… you were gluing the ends of the tails… I suppose to prevent fraying?
The trick is to burn the ribbon ends lightly. It seals them.
When you’re cutting the double tail for ribbons it’s easiest to fold the ribbon in half and cut from the fold to the outer corner.
Doing it that way the two sides of the tail will always be even and to top it off it will be easier to cut.
i love the white pearl one !
